LAVVA YOGURT
This plant-based, dairy-free yogurt is of one of our favorites — and we have tried a lot!! We came across this on a road-trip needing to stop off for food at Wegman’s. If you are trying to count calories, this isn’t the lowest you can find, but it is also not the highest. However, this product tastes amazing. It is rich, creamy and the ingredients are amazing. We found this soap on our visit to Breathless Beauty Raw Live Juice Bar. This one in particular is homemade, however, you can find versions of this product at your local beauty store.

These are three products that we highly recommend — and we recommend trying them together for a healthy, good tasting, gut cleansing drink. Use a glass of Kevita Sparkling Probiotic Drink as your base, add 2 tablespoons of inner-eco Coconut Water and a teaspoon of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar. The flavors pictured here are our favorite flavors, but there are several combos to try this with!
